Our beautiful wooden lodges in Devon are available to buy from £99,000. We have a show lodge at Meldon Lodge Park that is ready to view, so you can come and stay and enjoy our family-run park and the surrounding area.
Residential standard
Built to a residential standard for construction and insulation, our lodges are fully furnished and equipped with modern facilities. As well as enjoying your own tranquil holiday in Devon, you can also let your lodge to guests through our park, allowing you to enjoy the investment income.
Non-residential Park Home
A non-residential Park Home is available to use for 11 months of the year, and it comes with a 75-year licence. You can try before you buy, and if you would like to purchase a lodge, you’ll receive your holiday stay for free.
You can choose from a two-bedroom (36ft x20ft) or a three-bedroom (42ftx20ft) lodge, and you can add extras such as a balcony or decking area as big as you like. We can arrange a factory visit, so you can see the different options available.
